- Job Scope:
1. Streamline HQ Processes & SOPs
Develop, implement and improve internal SOPs across departments (HR, merchandising, retail, etc.)
Ensure our operations run efficiently and everyone’s clear on “how things should be done”
2. Cross-Department Project Execution
Coordinate and drive key projects with the CEO & COO — you’ll be the go-to person to track progress, chase timelines, and get things done
Set up clear workflows, meetings, timelines, and reporting
3. Office & Admin Operations
Manage day-to-day HQ logistics: office supplies, schedules, meetings, filing, task assignments
Keep our JB HQ running like a well-oiled machine
4. HR & People Operations Support
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and internal transfers with HR
Assist in performance tracking, scheduling, and staff engagement matters
5. Data & Reporting
Consolidate operational issues/data from departments and stores
Generate reports for management to improve efficiency and decision-making
6. Solve Problems Before They Escalate
You’re the kind of person who notices issues before they become crises — and takes action fast
- Requirements:
3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process management (retail or fashion industry is a bonus!)
Strong in systems, structure, SOP writing & implementation
Super organized and proactive, with solid follow-up skills
Familiar with Google Workspace / Excel / project tools
Comfortable working in both English & Mandarin (a plus for internal coordination)
JB-based or willing to relocate

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will also serve as the CEO’s personal assistant — a sharp, reliable, and driven individual who can help turn ideas into action. You’ll work closely with the CEO on business growth, partnerships, internal coordination, and strategic execution.
- Job Scope:
1. Executive Assistant to CEO
Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel plans
Prepare presentation decks, meeting notes, key takeaways, and follow-ups
Track project progress and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
Support the CEO on confidential, administrative, or personal matters as needed
2. Business Development & Strategy Support
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and partnership materials
Liaise with partners, vendors, agencies, and collaborators
Help plan and execute campaigns, events, and strategic projects
3. Internal Coordination & Execution
Track team tasks and ensure project timelines are met
Coordinate across departments to drive action plans
Support internal initiatives such as staff events, media engagement, or process improvements
- Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields
1–3 years experience in executive support, business development, or startup/brand work
Strong written & verbal communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred)
Good time management and attention to detail
Independent, proactive, and able to think on your feet
Interest in fashion, branding, digital or retail industry is a plus
