Are you someone who finds joy in organizing chaos, solving problems, and making systems run smoother? At SHOPLOOOH, we’re looking for an Operation Manager (HQ) who can be the engine behind our execution — connecting people, processes, and departments to help us operate better, smarter, and faster.

Job Scope:

1. Streamline HQ Processes & SOPs
  • Develop, implement and improve internal SOPs across departments (HR, merchandising, retail, etc.)
  • Ensure our operations run efficiently and everyone’s clear on “how things should be done”
  • 2. Cross-Department Project Execution
  • Coordinate and drive key projects with the CEO & COO — you’ll be the go-to person to track progress, chase timelines, and get things done
  • Set up clear workflows, meetings, timelines, and reporting
  • 3. Office & Admin Operations
  • Manage day-to-day HQ logistics: office supplies, schedules, meetings, filing, task assignments
  • Keep our JB HQ running like a well-oiled machine
  • 4. HR & People Operations Support
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and internal transfers with HR
  • Assist in performance tracking, scheduling, and staff engagement matters
  • 5. Data & Reporting
  • Consolidate operational issues/data from departments and stores
  • Generate reports for management to improve efficiency and decision-making
  • 6. Solve Problems Before They Escalate
  • You’re the kind of person who notices issues before they become crises — and takes action fast
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or process management (retail or fashion industry is a bonus!)
  • Strong in systems, structure, SOP writing & implementation
  • Super organized and proactive, with solid follow-up skills
  • Familiar with Google Workspace / Excel / project tools
  • Comfortable working in both English & Mandarin (a plus for internal coordination)
  • JB-based or willing to relocate

    Business Development Executive

    We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will also serve as the CEO’s personal assistant — a sharp, reliable, and driven individual who can help turn ideas into action. You’ll work closely with the CEO on business growth, partnerships, internal coordination, and strategic execution.

    Job Scope:

    1. Executive Assistant to CEO
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel plans
  • Prepare presentation decks, meeting notes, key takeaways, and follow-ups
  • Track project progress and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
  • Support the CEO on confidential, administrative, or personal matters as needed
  • 2. Business Development & Strategy Support
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and partnership materials

    Visual Merchandiser
    +

    This is not a typical in-store VM role. You will be based at our JB Mid Valley retail store, but your responsibility will extend to executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across all SHOPLOOOH outlets, including stores in Kuala Lumpur. You will collaborate closely with Co-fouder Audrey and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and impactful visual identity is maintained across all locations.

    Job Scope:
  • Implement and maintain SHOPLOOOH’s visual merchandising standards across all retail stores
  • Ensure store layouts, displays, mannequins, and signage reflect current campaigns, launches, and brand image
  • Execute periodic display refreshes based on promotions, seasonality, and HQ creative direction
  • Regularly document and report VM status at assigned outlets, identifying areas for improvement
  • Provide training or guidance to store staff on VM maintenance and standards
  • Coordinate directly with Co-fouder Audrey and Marketing to roll out new store concepts or campaign materials
  • You will be required to travel to KL stores twice a month to lead and carry out hands-on implementation of visual merchandising setups, window displays, product placements, and campaign updates, ensuring consistency across all SHOPLOOOH KL outlets.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of visual merchandising experience in a fashion retail environment
  • Strong sense of design, color coordination, and in-store customer flow
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and physically able to perform VM tasks (e.g. moving props, mannequins)
  • Comfortable traveling between cities for work assignments
  • Proficient in documenting visual displays (e.g. photos, reports)
  • Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus
  • Able to work one weekend day weekly as part of a fixed 5-day schedule
